Narrow Body Aircraft Maintance Dock

It is used for for maintenance of B737 series and A320 Series which meets the requirements of C/D inspection and spary painting of aircraft. It include Nose Dock wing Dock Fuselage Dock, Tail Dock.

Nose Dock.

Nose Dock consist of the main platform, windshield platform radome platform and the second floor, which meets the C/D Check and spray painting of aircraft requirement of windshield, radome,front passenger door.

Whole machine head dock

It consists of main working platform windshield platform radome platform and back ladder, working ara including front door radome windshield head

Left and right double decker machine head dock

The complete set of head dock equipment consists of two sets of left and right symmetry. The working area includes the front door of the aircraft , the windshield the radome and the top of the nose.

Integral double layer machine head dock

It consists of main working platform, windshield platform and two layer platform. The working area includes front door, radome windshield and head..

A layer of machine head dock

It consists of a belly platform a cross-winged bridge, and a back ladder. The working area includes the belly fuselage and the back of the machine.

The inner platform of the large wing

Consists of a working platform that includes the outside of the engine to the middle of the large wing.

Wing Dock

Wing Dock consists of its outboard platform, inner platform the inner engine platform and landing gear platform which meets the C/D Check and spray painting of aircraft requirement of wings

Large wings outside platform (including wing tip platform)

it consists of a main working platform and a wingtip platform. The working area contains the outer side of the big wing and the winglet

The inner platform of the large wing

Consists of a working platform that includes the outside of the engine to the engine to the middle of the large wing

Engine inside platform

Composed of a working platform, the working area contains the inside of the engine to the fuselage

Landing gear platform

It consist of a working platform and a belly platform. The working area includes the landing gear to the belly, the large wing root, the engine tail and landing gear.

Fuselage Dock

Fuselage Dock consists of the main platform, work area covered by main work platform bases on different aircraft models which meets the C/D Check and spray of aircraft requirements of front, rear fuselage section and the fuselage of upper wing.

Two story docking station

It consists of a fuselage platform, a cross-winged bridge, and a second -floor platform. The working area includes the belly, fuselage, and the back of the machine.

It consists of a flat platform and a vertical tail cantilever platform. The working area consists of a flat tail and a vertical tail.

The whole rail docking dock

It consists of a flat tail platform an APU Platform and a vertical tail platform. The working area includes a rear passenger door, a flat tail, an APU, and a vertical tail.

Whole ground mobile docking station

It consists of a flat tail platform an APU platform and a vertical tail platform. The working area includes a rear passenger door, a flat tail, an APU and a vertical tail.

Wide-body Aircraft Maintain Dock

Wide body aircraft Maintenance dock is used for large aircraft Maintenance of B747, B767, B777, B787, A340, A350, A380 and so on, which meets the requirement of C\D Check and sprays painting of aircraft it contains nose fuselage dock wing dock.

Nose Dock

Whole machine head dock consists of main working platform, windshield platform, radome platform and back ladder. The working area includes front door, radome and windshield head.

Left and right double-decker machine head dock

Left and right double-decker machine head dock consists of two groups of left and right symmetry, The working area includes the front door of the aircraft, the windshield, the radome and the top of the nose.

Wing Dock

Wing Dock consist of its outboard platform ,inner platform, wingtip platform, the inner engine platform and landing gear platform, which meets the C/D Check and spray painting of aircraft requirement of wings.

Wing Dock

It consists of a large wing outer platform, a wing tip platform, a large wing intermediate platform, a large wing inner platform, a landing gear platform, an engine inner platform and an engine outer platform. The whole large wing dock is fully covered, and the jacks of each part can be avoided To meet the needs of the maintenance and repair of the big wing and the polishing and painting work.

Fuselage Dock

Fuselage Dock consists of the main platform , work area covered by main work platform based on different aircraft models ,which meets the C/D check and spray painting of aircraft requirements of front, rear fuselage section and the fuselage of upper wing.

The fuselage dock

It consists of the main working platform, and the working area covered by the main working platform is designed according to different models to meet the maintenance, repair and polishing and painting requirements of the front and rear fuselage sections and the upper fuselage section of the aircraft.

Suspended fuselage dock

Consisting of the main working platform, the suspension rail is used, and the working area includes the front and rear fuselage sections of the aircraft and the fuselage section above the large wing.

The freight passage connects the bridge

It consists of a middle hatch platform, telescopic connecting bridge, mobile bracket and steel platform connection platform to meet the needs of wide-body aircraft freight transportation.

Tail Dock

Tail Dock Consists of vertical fin platform, horizontal tail platform and APU platform, Which meets the C/D Check and spray painting of aircraft requirements of rear passenger door, vertical fin, horizontal tail and APU.

Hanging pendant dock

It consists of the main working platform, with suspension rail, and the working area contains the tail of the aircraft.

Gantry vertical dock

It consists of steel platform, front and rear gantry, top beam and vertical tailing dock. This set of equipment is suitable for hangars that cannot carry the tail-dock, and the aircraft adopts tail-type, and the working area includes the tail of the aircraft.

Rail docking

It consists of flat tail platform, gantry frame, ground rail and vertical tailing dock. This set of equipment is suitable for aircraft tail-in type. The working area includes airplane tail and flat tail.

Flat tail dock

It consists of a main working platform and an APU platform. The working area includes a rear passenger door, an APU, and a horizontal tail.
